Fractional Leadership

Best for: Gym operators, fit tech companies, and founders who need consistent senior technology direction without a full time hire.

I work alongside your leadership team on an ongoing part time basis, attending key meetings, owning technical decisions, managing vendors, and making sure your technology is moving in the right direction. You get the same focus and accountability you would expect from a full time executive, at a fraction of the cost.

Typical involvement: 8 to 40 hours per month depending on scope. Typical engagement of 3 to 6 months.

Project Based Consultancy

A fixed scope engagement built around one clear goal. We agree the outcome upfront, I assess the current situation, and we work through a practical action plan together.

Typical involvement: 4 to 12 weeks. Fixed scope with defined deliverables.

What you get: Immediate clarity on risks and opportunities, an actionable plan your team can execute, and independent expertise with no vendor bias.

Interim Roles

Best for: Organisations between technology hires, going through rapid growth, or needing experienced leadership to stabilise operations during a critical period.

I step in as an interim technology leader to maintain momentum, manage teams, and establish the systems and processes needed for sustainable growth. This model works well when you need someone to hold the fort while you recruit permanently, or when a situation needs senior hands on involvement fast.

Typical involvement: Temporary full time or near full time. Usually 2 to 6 months.

What you get: Continuity of leadership during transitions, stabilised teams and delivery, and a clean handoff to your permanent hire when the time comes.

Advisory and mentorship

Best for: Founders and technical leads who need experienced guidance without full involvement. Particularly useful for early stage startups or operators who have internal capability but want a senior sounding board.

Available on a light retainer or as needed basis. No long term commitment required.
